Add the butter, oil, sugar, chopped chocolate and cocoa power in a microware safe bowl in the microwave or on the stove top in a heatproof bowl on top of a small pot of boiling water. Stir until everything is melted and mixed.In a larger bowl, stir in the rest of the ingredients with the chocolate mixer. Add the boiling water or coffee at the end. Pour into a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 23 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into 9 or more squares.
