1lbextra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2tbspBertolli® olive oil
1-2tspsalt
1/2tspfreshly cracked pepper
2tspItalian seasoning
4largecloves of garlic, minced
1jarBertolli® d’Italia Alfredo Sauce
1/4cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
2tbspchopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place shrimp in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and shrimp. Cook the shrimp until just translucent. Add the Bertolli d’Italia Alfredo sauce and stir. Cook until the sauce heats and bubbles. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley and serve with pasta, rice and/or Italian bread.
