Sunday afternoon is a great day for baking. My son absolutely loves chocolate chip cookies. He asks for them for dessert almost every night! I decided to make a more adult version with chocolate chunks instead of chips with a little sea salt sprinkled on top. The salty sweet taste is a amazing!
Start with creaming the butter and the two sugars in a bowl. Add the two eggs and the vanilla and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the sea salt. Use a cookie scoop to make even scoops of the cookie dough. You can just use a spoon if you don’t have one.
