My Orange Chocolate Brioche Buns were baked in a great non stick muffin pan. The pan is Stop and Shop’s’s own brand, Smart Living. You would think that to get a pan with great results, you would need an expensive brand. Not always.
Stop and Shop’s Smart Living makes a great quality pan that is extremely non-stick. I barely sprayed it with cooking spray and the buns fell right out when inverted! It works well, is affordable, and at your local supermarket.
I plan to purchase more of these great non-stick pans by Smart Living for my baking!
