When I make my weekly biscuits for Sunday breakfast, I love using Friendship Dairies Buttermilk. It’s consistently is thicker than many other brands, which makes a moister product. It’s an all natural light product with less fat and calories than regular buttermilk. But it certainly does not have less taste. It actually taste better than most brands.
It’s an excellent source of calcium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D. And what great too, its gluten free!
Besides biscuits, I use it for pancakes, cakes, and sweet dough. It makes everything tastes better. Friendship Dairies is definitely my go-to brand for buttermilk.
