Summer is here and grilling season is in full effect! We make most of our meals outdoors when the weather is beautiful. Why heat up the oven and the house when you can be outside enjoying the sun and warm weather?
Take fresh corn up a notch when grilling it by making a Cilantro Garlic Butter to brush on them. Melt butter and add to it minced garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper.
You can also squeeze on a little lime to give it an acidic kick.
Put the corn directly on a hot grill. I like to leave it until it gets grill marks on it and it has a little char. That definitely brings out more of the flavors.
You’ll definitely want to try this one! Make it for your next barbecue!
