It’s about half way through the Summer and we’re still grilling! I’m really going to miss this once Winter rolls around. Tonight I made some quick Honey Cilantro Chicken Skewers and seasoned them with Chef Curl Ardee‘s Mild Seasoning. Wow! Did they come out great!
Chef Curl Ardee has a line of seasonings they are great for meat, chicken, seafood and vegetables. Her seasoning are made with a variety of herbs and spices including garlic and lemon zest. And they come in 3 varieties, Original, Mild and Lemon & Herb. They’re all low in sodium and high in flavor.

Honey Cilantro Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 8 chicken things, skinned & cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp Chef Curl Ardee's mild seasoning
- 1/2 lime
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
- Combine chicken, mild seasoning, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Put chicken on skewers. Cook chicken over grill. Combine honey, soy sauce, and mustard. Brush sauce over chicken as it cooks. Grill until chicken is done and browned.
