What do you do when you have extra Oreo brownies? Make a Toasted Marshmallow Oreo Brownie Sundae!
Sundaes are fun to make because it’s just layering delicious treats on top of each other and they taste amazing together!
I used Oreo brownies, well because, why not add extra chocolate to a chocolate brownie? Pour half of your brownie batter in the bottom of a non stick foil or parchment lined baking pan. Add a layer of Oreos and cover the whole area. Then pour the rest of the batter on top smoothing it with a baking spatula. You can get my fudgy brownie recipe here:
Bake for 30 minutes, cool completely or overnight then cut into large squares. For each sundae, I used one brownie that I cut into small chunks.
Place half of the cut up brownie in the bottom of a short glass. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add the rest of the chopped brownie with a second scoop of ice cream. Pour on chocolate syrup and some crushed Oreos.
Now add three large marshmallows. Use a hand held torch to toast the marshmallows. If you do not have a torch, place the marshmallows in a foil lined baking pan and set the oven to broil until the marshmallows are toasted. With a spoon, transfer toasted marshmallows to the sundae.
This sundae is ridiculously delicious! If you love chocolate and brownies, then this is the sundae for you!
