My family loves yogurt. For breakfast, dessert, snack time, anytime of the day.
Greek Gods Yogurt is a great yogurt just for that! It’s flavorful and indulgent with a perfectly smooth, creamy, thick texture. So good!
To make it a meal, we love adding to it. In the Summer, we add fresh fruit. But in the fall and winter, roasted fruits are perfect.
For this yogurt bowl, I added orange roasted pears, granola and pumpkin seeds.
The combination was delicious especially with Plain Traditional Greek Gods Yogurt as the base. Definitely a must try!
Recipe: (per bowl)
1 cup Plain Traditional Greek Gods Yogurt
2 halves roasted pears
3 tbsps granola
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Roasted Pears:
3 pears, peeled, halved & cored
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
In a saucepan, combine juices, brown sugar and butter over medium heat. Simmer until sugar is melted. Arrange pears in a baking dish. Pour sauce over pears and bake in a 400 degree over for 30-40 minutes until pears are tender and slightly browned. Use 2 halves per yogurt bowl.
