Chicken Tikka Masala has become one of our favorite meals in my house! It’s rich, full of flavors and has a lot of great spices in it.
Most recipes use chicken breast, which you can. We prefer to use chicken thigh meat because it is so much juicier. Chop up the meat a day ahead and add the marinate. Let it sit overnight before you cook it to let the spices and seasonings go through.
This important step can’t be skipped. This will be the most delicious, flavorful meal ever!
