This is The Cocktail to Make For The Holidays!

Sparkling Pomegranate Gin & Tonics! It’s festive, Christmas-y, tastes so good! And I needed an excuse to use my new Gin glasses. Lol.

It has Gin, tonic water, pomegranate juice, lime, a little simple syrup and it’s topped with champagne! A classic gin and tonic has no simple syrup. But I like drinks a little on the sweeter side. So if you want the classic taste or don’t want too much sugar, then you can definitely leave it out.

It’s a quick and easy cocktail to make even if you’re not entertaining this year and you’re having a small quite Christmas. We still need our cocktails! Lol
