Ad Starting off the Summer right with delicious foods! I’m not vegan, but I do love a lot of vegan foods. Especially the dishes by Tattooed Chef.

How Did I Put The Cauliflower Burger Together?
I added a seeded bun with arugula, thinly sliced avocado and cucumbers and a creamy dill sauce.
The dill sauce is made my mixing vegan mayonnaise, fresh dill, garlic and lemon juice. The perfect sauce!
The combination of ingredients and topping worked so perfectly together. This is one great plant based burger!

Buffalo Cauliflower Burger with Creamy Dill Sauce
Ingredients
Burger
- 1 seeded bun
- 1 Tattooed Chef Buffalo Cauliflower Burger
- Half of avocado, sliced
- Arugula
- 2 slices cucumber, thinly sliced
- Creamy Dill Sauce
Creamy Dill Sauce
- 1 cup Vegan mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook Buffalo Cauliflower Burger per directions. Set aside. Slice roll in half. To the bottom bun add arugula, dill sauce, burger, sliced avocado, and cucumber. Add top bun and serve.For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, dill, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
