Blackberry Parfait with Granola and Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup granola
  • 2/3 cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Divide granola between 2 short glasses.  Place one cup of yogurt on top of each glass with granola.  
    In a bowl, put in 1/3 of the blackberries.  Mash blackberries with the honey.  Divide mixture between the two glasses.  Top with remaining blackberries.
