Buffalo Cauliflower Burger with Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients

Burger

  • 1 seeded bun
  • 1 Tattooed Chef Buffalo Cauliflower Burger 
  • Half of avocado, sliced
  • Arugula
  • 2 slices cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Creamy Dill Sauce

Creamy Dill Sauce

  • 1 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook  Buffalo Cauliflower Burger per directions. Set aside. Slice roll in half. To the bottom bun add arugula, dill sauce,  burger, sliced avocado, and cucumber. Add top bun and serve.
    For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, dill, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
