Slice croissants in half & set aside. In a dish, combine egg, half & half, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Mix well. heat a griddle on the stove. Add butter to the pan. Dip each croissant half in the egg mixture. Cook in the pan on the first side until browned. Turn them over and cook on the other side. serve with berries, whipped cream and maple syrup.
