Dragon Fruit Coconut Popsicles

  • Popsicle Molds

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Dragon Fruit, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 6 Cavity Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle Sticks

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until puréed. Divide between 6 popsicle molds. Add popsicle sticks and Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
