Fettuccine with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettucine
  • 1 1/2 cups Mushrooms, washed & sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • parsley to garnish

Instructions

  • Boil pasta until al dente. In a pan, melt butter and add garlic. Add mushrooms. Pour in heavy cream. Let the sauce cook and thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Stir. Add pasta to the pan and mix until the sauce costs the pasta. Serve and top with fresh parsley.
