In a cocktail shaker, add gin, Meyer lemon juice, Aperol, Cointreau, and a dash of orange bitters. Fill the shaker with ice, cover with a lid, and shake vigorously for 15-25 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold.Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon slice or dehydrated lemon slice and a sprig of thyme.
