Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 sheet pan. Combine all the ingredients for the red velvet cake. Pour batter into sheet pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Combine all ingredients for frosting and beat until smooth. Frost top of cake with the frosting. Decorate cake with buttercream flowers.
