Now that I’ve gotten the technique down, I’m really loving making Macarons! There are still so many flavors that I want to try. But I always start with a good base.
I like to use Anthony’s Goods Almond Premium Blanched Almond Flour to make them. This Almond flour has a great texture of blanched ground almonds which is perfect for Macarons.
After sifting, there are very little Almond pieces left in the sifter.
