Pear Vanilla Rosemary Cocktail

Spread the love

So you have your Thanksgiving menu down, but what are your serving to drink??? Try these simple Pear Vanilla Rosemary Cocktails.

Start with making a simple syrup to sweeten it.  To a small saucepan, add chopped pear, rosemary, sugar and water.  Let the mixer simmer until the sugar gas dissolved. Let it cool, then strain so that you just have the syrup.  Then I usually refrigerate it overnight so it get nice and cold.  You don’t want it to be warm and water down your drink when the ice gets added.

Fill 2 lowball cocktail glasses with ice.  Add the syrup, vodka and pear juice. You can get the pear juice from the Goya section  or sometimes the specialty area of the supermarket.

Garnish your drinks with sliced pears and rosemary.  You can also top it off with club soda or sparkling water if you like.  Either way, this cocktail is fabulous, refreshing and perfect for Fall entertaining!
