This recipe is so simple to make, that I can’t even call it a recipe. Just place a scoop or two of lemon sorbet in a champagne glass. It can be a Coupe glass or the traditional Flute. Any type will work.
Fill the glass with a great champagne and garnished with a sprig of rosemary. … And that’s it. No cooking, no freezing, no real preparations.
