Brownie Batter Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
Delicious easy brownie batter ice cream sandwiched in between chocolate chip cookies
Servings 9 sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 quart ice cream
- 1 1/2 dozen large bakery cookies
- Chocolate chips, nuts and sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9x13 baking pan with plastic wrap. Let the ice cream softened slightly, just enough for guy to work with it. Scoop out ice cream and place in the pan. Smooth with a rubber spatula. Freeze until solid.Take a cookie cutter that’s the same size as your cookies. Cut out rounds of the ice cream and sandwich one between two cookies. Place on a separate baking pan or baking sheet. Repeat with other ice cream rounds and cookies. Freeze for about an hour or until firm. Roll the sides in chocolate chips, nut or sprinkles if desired
