Freeze inner ice cream bowl for at least 24 hours.Add heavy cream to a large mixing bowl. Beat cream for 1 minute. Add condensed milk, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla. Beat until fully incorporated.Place peach slices in a blender or food processor. Add 1-2 tbsp of water. Pulse until roughly chopped. Add fruit to the ice cream mixture and stir.Turn on ice cream churn. Pour in mixture and let it mix for 15-20 minutes. You may have to churn in 2 batches depending on the size of your ice cream machine.Scoop ice cream into a container and freeze 4 hours or overnight.
