Summer is in full effect. And what’s everyone’s favorite Summertime treat?…. Ice Cream!
This Peach Mascarpone Ice Cream is so delicious and easy to make, especially since it’s made with Eagle Brand Condensed Milk!
There’s just 5 ingredients in the whole recipe. This is definitely one that can be made with the kids this Summer.

Peach Mascarpone Ice Cream

Creamy, refreshing Summertime Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 4-6 peaches

Instructions
 

  • Freeze inner ice cream bowl for at least 24 hours.Add heavy cream to a large mixing bowl. Beat cream for 1 minute. Add condensed milk, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla. Beat until fully incorporated.Place peach slices in a blender or food processor. Add 1-2 tbsp of water. Pulse until roughly chopped. Add fruit to the ice cream mixture and stir.Turn on ice cream churn. Pour in mixture and let it mix for 15-20 minutes. You may have to churn in 2 batches depending on the size of your ice cream machine.Scoop ice cream into a container and freeze 4 hours or overnight.

Eat is by itself or top it with granola and honey. Either way, it’s definitely a crowd pleaser!
