Peel and cut up 2 peaches. Add to a small blender with a teaspoon of water to help blend it. Add more water if needed. Set aside. In a shaker add 2 tablespoons peach purée. Add all other ingredients. Top with ice. Shake until mixed. Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with sliced peaches and rosemary
