Peaches Are Great for Cocktails!
I use peaches in everything during the Summer. It’s seasonal and delicious!
So, why not a cocktail?
Years ago, I used to get this amazing peach cocktail at a nightclub in NYC. They used fresh peach purée in it and it was absolutely delicious!
So, I decided to put together my own peach cocktail with a peach purée. It has peaches, vodka, peach schnapps, peach nectar and orange juice. You can also use all orange juice if you don’t want to use peach nectar.
Garnish it with sliced peaches and a sprig of rosemary and you have the Perfect Peach Cocktail!
Perfect Peach Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 1 oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz vodka
- Splash of peach nectar
- Splash of orange juice
- peach slices and rosemary to garnish
Instructions
- Peel and cut up 2 peaches. Add to a small blender with a teaspoon of water to help blend it. Add more water if needed. Set aside. In a shaker add 2 tablespoons peach purée. Add all other ingredients. Top with ice. Shake until mixed. Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with sliced peaches and rosemary
