Combine candy melts and cream in a bowl. Heat in microwave for about 50 seconds or until cream is warmed. Candy melts will not be fully melted. Stir with spoon until they are melted. Fill a pastry bag with the ganache. Cut open the end about 1/2 an inch. Let ganache drip down the sides of the cake until you go all around. Add more ganache to the top. Smooth the top with a knife or off set spatula. In another piping bag with a star tip, add more frosting. Pipe stars around the top of the cake.
