Dulce de Leche Salted Chocolate Brownies

Spread the love

It’s National Chocolate Caramel Day! I thought I’d bake up something in honor of the day. Dulce de Leche Salted Chocolate Brownies! It’s my chocolate brownie recipe with smooth Dulce de Leche on top. What a great combo!

For the caramel, I simply used a can of dulce de leche. You can find it in the isle in the supermarket where they sell Goya products. It’s so easy to use. There’s no preparation and no need to cook or heat. I simply prepared the brownie batter. Let the brownies bake for more than half of the baking time, then spread the dulce de leche on top and put the pan back into the oven for the remaining time. Bon provecho!
