Cheeseburgers with Pickled Cucumbers on a Sesame Brioche Bun

Spread the love

Happy Memorial Day! Today also happens to be National Burger Day. If the weather is nice where you are, get outside, turn on the grill and make some juicy burgers (you can make vegan burgers too)!

We made these Cheeseburgers with Pickled Cucumbers, a Tangy Pink Sauce and all the toppings on a Sesame Brioche Bun to celebrate!

These cheeseburgers were so juicy, and delicious!  The pickled cucumbers and tangy sauce add that extra kick to make the burgers even better.

The cucumbers are so simple to make.  Make a pickling liquid of vinegar, water, sugar and salt and let the cucumber slices brine in it for a half an hour.

The pink sauce has a few simple ingredients including the main ingredients of ketchup and mayonnaise.  If you want to make it a little spicy, then add a few drops of hot sauce.  Believe me, this is one sauce that you will want to use every time you have burgers!
