If you’re on The Keto Diet and cutting out carbs, it can be so difficult in the beginning. You’re used to eating bread, rice, potatoes and pasta daily. Then, just like that, it’s completely cut out.

You really miss all of those delicious comforting foods. Well, you can still have them.

I found so many great recipes of the foods I love, like pizza!

So this Keto Three Cheese Margarita Pizza is at the top of my list!

The crust is Fathead Pizza Dough. Fathead Pizza dough is very low carb which makes it perfect for the Keto Diet. It has 3g total carbs and 2g net carbs. It’s made with almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and an egg.

The almond flour I use is by Anthony’s Goods, which is my favorite.

The dough is mostly made in the microwave, so it’s a quick and easy recipe! I made this one with all cheese, but you can add vegetables, meat, anything a regular pizza would have.

And it’s actually really good. I was so surprised the first time I had it. It definitely satisfies your pizza craving. So good! Trust me…. you have to try it!

Fathead Dough:

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

3/4 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 egg

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning

Toppings:

Marinara Sauce

1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

6-8 spoonfuls of Ricotta Cheese

Parmesan Cheese

6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves

Mix the mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder and cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Cool for 1 minute, then add the egg and seasonings. Knead it into a dough. Flatten it on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 5-10 minutes. Using a spatula, flip it over to the other sise and add the marinara, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, ricotta and Parmesan. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
