How is an Easy Open Faced Egg Breakfast Sandwich made?

First, start with toasting a slice a bread. Don’t use regular sandwich bread. You want a nice hearty bread like from a bakery or the bakery section in the supermarket. A nice slice of sourdough would be good as well.

Then, in a pan, sauté fresh spinach and ad it on top of the toast. Then top it with ham, swiss cheese, and a sunny side up egg.

What is a Sunny Side Up Egg?

A Sunny-side up egg is an unflipped fried egg, with the yolk still runny, shiny and yellow, and the whites, fully cooked but just barely since you don’t turn the egg to the other side. When you cut into a sunny side up egg, the runny yolk pours out, which is delicious! Perfect for the Easy Open Faced Egg Breakfast Sandwich.
