Juicy Triple Meat Cheeseburgers

Spread the love

There’s nothing like big juicy burgers cooked out on the grill. The meat just takes on a smoky flavor that you just can’t get cooking them inside.

And these delicious Triple Meat Cheeseburgers were cooked out on the grill in gorgeous beautiful warm weather.

They’re triple meat burgers because of all of the meaty layers. A juicy burger, bacon and pastrami. Then you add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a mayonnaise sauce.

And they’re so simple to make.

Start with grilling your burgers over medium heat. Cook them so that they just get to medium rare. Burgers are just juicier this way.

At the same time, throw a few slices of pastrami on the grill too, but just for a few minutes. I got this pastrami in the deli section of my supermarket.

And fry up some bacon. I coked mine inside on he stove. I think bacon may be too fatty to cook ok he grill. You don’t want flames!

Then it’s time to assemble. On sliced brioche buns, add your burger, sliced cheese, pastrami, bacon and toppings. I used lettuce, tomato and red onion.

Add a mayonnaise sauce consisting of mayonnaise, ketchup, minced garlic, hot sauce and chopped cilantro.

And there you have your triple meat burgers!
